Hello, my name is Anuradha dasi and I would like to share with you the story of how I began to live in harmony with ecology, nature and a clear conscience.

At the age of 16, I started studying both, conventional and organic farming at the Agricultural Academy. Here I learned how conventional farming works, with chemicals for rapid production of animal products, including animals itself.

I really wanted to have my own farm and do everything differently, correctly, naturally. After few years I started living with my ex boyfriend from Germany. He had a family farm in a beautiful part of Germany, but he did not want to join organic farming and neither did his family. I wasn’t angry, but I left him a few years later.

I’ve found that if I wanted to help in that Ecological direction, I would need to make small steps starting with myself. First, I stopped eating meat. Another big step to live a healthy lifestyle, was to stop giving toxin to my body, I stopped smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol. To live in harmony with nature is possible by taking small steps.

A person is much more vital, less tired, and more connected to oneself. I also started to look better right away. Cooking is fun. I felt joy, more concentration and satisfaction. In a few months, I added regular meditation and yoga in my routine. In a few months, I was ready for a new stage of life.

I traveled to Germany and lived for a year in the “vegan” Ashram of Shree Peetha Nilaya, Springen. I volunteered to cook in a large kitchen, with the best vegetables goods from Mother Earth. I recognized the huge gift of been involved in the new production of “eco” food. In this way, I am anchored in veganism and ecological principles of life.

After I left Ashram, I started working as a cook in an Asian organic vegan kitchen and learned a lot of tasty recipes. I have also decided, to live a life without plastic bags and disposable plastics. I always carry a bag for fruit and vegetables, a glass bottle with water and a travel cup for coffee. I’m constantly trying my best for us and our planet Earth.

Today I live and work, in an organic walnut farm. We sell not only nuts, but also different fruits and products.(2022)

When, 6 years ago, after breaking up with a friend, I decided to follow the path of the heart, I had no idea how many beautiful experiences, associated with ecology, respect, love and the wisdom of nature awaited me.

Also, I had enough courage and freshness for occasional foto modeling, for like minded people I feel the same way.Photography connected with nature and the 5 elements.

And probably the most beautiful experiences in harmony with Mother Nature came during the time with the Rainbow community and its movement …a community that has gatherings all over the world and lives according to the ancient traditions of the rainbow tribe of Indians and shamans.

I am grateful to have great healthy food on the table and money to purchase organic food and cosmetik. As if the whole universe was behind me to support me in my decision to live happily but with respect for the planet.

My Gurudev Paramahamsa Vishwananda constantly remind us to plant trees and to love nature and animals.

Thank you for this gift in life and I wish you many right decisions.

With the love of Romana Anuradha Dasi
